After very satisfied with the result! Water damage from above plus a groundwater problem caused the tiles and wallpaper in our operating room to fall down spontaneously. Sam and his team have made it a super sleek whole again, very nice!
The window frames and coves of our apartment, in a monumental building, were seriously damaged after a renovation. To our great relief, Sam and his team have professionally repaired all damage and everything looks beautiful again! Reliable, hard workers and nice people! We were very happy with it!
Sam's company was subcontracted by another working in our building to do the required paint work. Whilst doing this work, he quoted us for additional paint work that was needed. All of the work was carried out timeously and to the highest standard. We were not able to be at home for most of this period but felt very comfortable with him and his team. In addition, Sam was generous in providing information for an upcoming project and we look forward to working with him again.

We recently bought a 1960s house with many walls plastered. That's why we looked for a plasterer to smooth these walls and ended up with Sam de Groot. He thought carefully about how this could be fitted into the other activities of the renovation and he was very flexible in planning it. The plasterwork is perfectly executed, I have not been able to discover a corner where it could have been better. We also had the living room, hall and landing painted by Sam de Groot. It turned out very beautiful. I can certainly recommend Sam de Groot for plastering and painting work.

Sam and his team delivered a very nice end result. By thinking along with us, we were able to continue to make partial use of the house despite their work; which is of course very nice. After a bad experience with another plasterer, I came to Sam for plastering my entire home. Sam came by the same day to have a look and prepare a quote and a few days later he and his colleagues have already started. I am very satisfied with the price, the result and the way Sam worked with me. Sam & his colleagues painted the window frames around the house. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, communicates clearly and always keeps promises. You can tell in everything that he has a love for the profession and an eye for detail. He always has a suitable answer ready for unexpected problems during the job.Even though a good painter is not cheap, we think every euro we spent on a professional like Sam is worth it. We had a disagreement about the price versus the end results, but we come to an agreement that he will return after the holidays, January 9th. I never hear from him again. As someone who believes that customer satisfaction is important, I think it is rude that you did not contact me.

We had the walls and ceilings of our living room and stairwell plastered and painted. Excellent work done by Sam and his people and delivered on time. What is very pleasant is that Sam also communicates openly. So if the planning changes slightly (and that is possible with this work), this will be reported and a solution will be found. But the end date remains. We know who to call again for the next job.

Finally, no work done by this company.Requested a quote via the website and WhatsApp for the plastering and sauces of a new-build home. Not long later I received a request to call where it immediately went wrong. Sam was, in my opinion, very informed and didn't even bother to put together a quote. Asked how many meters of floor space(?) it was and immediately came up with an absurd unsubstantiated price that any normal person would reject. Further substantiation that I asked for was also not answered. Totally not professional and cooperative.
It is easy to consult with Sam, he works accurately and neatly. Very experienced and you can see that in the work and the solutions he proposes. Worth repeating.
Professional, friendly, competent, reliable, hard worker, good communicator, good listener, gives good advice, calm, honest etc etc.Of the 3 quotes that I received to have my ceilings plastered and walls painted, Sam came out in the middle regarding price (though in all fairness there wasn’t a huge difference between the cheapest and most expensive). My choice of contractor is ultimately always made based on the initial discussion about my requirements, and the gut feeling that I get about somebody during this. The final result confirms my gut feeling. We are more than happy.I would not hesitate to recommend Sam, so if you need some work doing, then Sam is your man!Good luck in expanding the business.

This painter is really good in what he is doing. He knows exactly which things has to be done to get a happy customer. Always on time and never have excuses. For me this painter is one of the best and you can call him if you are not happy with something. He will come back to check it out and will fix it immediately.
